California Dream365TV is Now Streaming

Visit California original video series available on Apple TV, Amazon Fire & Roku

Sacramento, Calif. (Oct. 15, 2018) – California Dream365TV – a network of original video series produced by Visit California that highlights everything from the best eats in the Golden State to its most epic adventures – is now streaming on Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Roku.

Showcasing the state’s distinctive lifestyle, the California Dream365TV app features a suite of original video episodes that both entertain and inspire would-be travelers to come experience the state for themselves.

“California is a place of inspiration,” said Visit California President and CEO Caroline Beteta. “Dream365TV captures the state’s free-spirited vibe and magnificence of our abundance by telling the stories of the dreamers and innovators who exemplify California.”

Dream365TV originated as a YouTube 24-hour takeover campaign in February 2014 with the idea that chasing dreams is a year-round pursuit in California. It officially launched as Visit California’s online video hub in spring 2015.

Dream365TV original series includes:

California Dreamers
An inspiring documentary series that profiles people who are chasing their dreams in the Golden State.

Just launched: Four new episodes produced in collaboration with Discovery Channel, focusing on innovation and highlighting California-based pioneers who are breaking new ground across industries: 

 

    • Vera Mulyani
      Founder/CEO of Mars City Design, Vera Mulyani is a “Marschitect” who is actively developing sustainable facilities and cities for people on Mars, using the Mojave Desert as a test field.
    • Esalen Institute
      The Big Sur-based non-profit organization examines how humans can have a healthy relationship with technology and artificial intelligence and runs bespoke courses for Silicon Valley CEOs.
    • Daniel Del Toro and David Purser
      Founders of SurfO Mushroom Surfboards, Daniel Del Toro and David Purser are the pioneers of biodegradable mushroom surfboards, working from their Mira Loma workshop.
    • John Cox
      Head chef and partner at The Bear & Star in Los Olivos. John Cox is a food pioneer and forager using his passion for innovation to cook up cuisine for the dinner of the future – saving existing resources and championing new, underused ingredients.

 

Jonny Moseley’s Wildest Dreams
An action-packed outdoor adventure series hosted by freestyle skiing legend and Olympic gold medalist, Jonny Moseley.

Just launched: New episode, “Climb!,” features Moseley facing his real-life fear of heights to climb in Tahoe’s Donner Pass with renowned climber Kevin Jorgeson.

California Dream Eater
This “eatertainment” program follows the California Dream Eater as he passionately and hilariously eats his way around the Golden State on behalf of foodies everywhere.

Just launched: Food-themed road trips including “Three Must Try Comfort Foods,” “Three Farm2Fork Feasts,” “Three Must-Try Breakfasts,” “Three Deliciously Historic Destinations” and more.

Adventures in Kidifornia
Both educational and part entertainment, the series shines a spotlight on California family experiences that provide both fun and enrichment.

Answering visitors’ most-asked questions about California, this series shows travelers how to see and experience the best destinations in the Golden State.

Luxury Minute
In 60-second episodes, this series highlights the extraordinary restaurants, beaches, spas and golf courses found at some of California’s most opulent resorts and hotels.
