The Baby Grand Crown City to debut in Coronado in 2026

Arriving February 2026, the Baby Grand Crown City will mark the second hotel from San Diego hospitality group CH Projects and the first new design hotel of its kind in Coronado in two decades. Located on Orange Avenue across from Hotel del Coronado, the 31-room property is a $17 million project designed by Brooklyn-based Post Company. The hotel will introduce three new restaurant concepts and a design that blends coastal references with CH Projects’ signature maximalist style, adding a fresh social and cultural destination to the heart of Coronado.
