The Baby Grand Crown City arrives in Coronado

CH Projects expanded its award-winning hospitality portfolio with the opening of The Baby Grand Crown City in May, a 31-room boutique hotel in Coronado inspired by the island's early beach culture and long-lost landmarks. Designed in collaboration with Post Company, the immersive property features lush landscaping, hidden gathering spaces and thoughtfully layered interiors that evoke a sense of rediscovery. In addition to its distinctive accommodations, the hotel debuted several new food and beverage concepts, including the open-fire Greek restaurant Night Hawk, the hidden oyster and champagne bar Fallen Empire, and an all-day café and lobby bar, creating a new destination for overnight guests and locals alike.
