San Francisco Brewing Co. (SFBCo.) opens its largest project yet in Mission Bay on June 26: an 18,680-square-foot brewery, restaurant, and future distillery at 100 Hooper Street. The family-owned brand (est. 2012) expands production with nearly 7,000 square feet of brewing space, a 750-gallon copper pot still—the largest in California—and a new spirits program launching later this year. The full-service venue features indoor/outdoor dining, a mezzanine event space, courtyard, and late-night (2 a.m.) liquor license with weekend live music. Led by Brewmaster Justin Boehle, the lineup includes favorites like Alcatraz Amber Ale and Fog City Hazy IPA alongside seasonal releases. Executive Chef Ignacio “Nas” Maldonado offers elevated pub fare, from Sicilian pizzas to smash burgers and skewers. Designed by King O’Kelly Architects, the industrial-chic space integrates production and hospitality, positioning SFBCo. as a new Mission Bay destination.
