Pali Wine Co. re-invests in San Diego, relocating tasting room to Hillcrest

After a decade in San Diego’s Little Italy, family-owned winery Pali Wine Co. has moved one neighborhood over, kicking off an exciting new chapter in Hillcrest. Featuring a full kitchen, outdoor patio, and refreshed interior, the relocation allows the Pali team to expand its culinary program and bring the same welcoming neighborhood spirit that has defined Pali from the beginning. Beverage offerings will be centered around Pali Wine Co.’s wines crafted in the California Central Coast, including signature tasting flights, wines by-the-glass and bottle, plus select local beers, a curated low-ABV cocktail list, and their first ever zero-proof flight. Led by Chef Sable-Tanya Wentwoord, the menu evokes the easy feeling of dining at a European sidewalk cafe, with versatility to drop in for a sip and snack or linger over a full meal. Local ingredients are the foundation, from gourmet charcuterie to dishes like Heirloom Tomato Toum, Gnocco Fritto, a Shaved Roast Beef sandwich and more.
