NorCal Short Film Festival debuts in Folsom

The NorCal Short Film Festival will take place Feb. 27 through March 1 at Palladio Luxe Theatres in Folsom, bringing filmmakers, storytellers and audiences together for a new celebration of short films from Northern California and beyond. Each 60- to 90-minute program will feature themed blocks of three to five films spanning comedy, drama and documentary, offering a fast-paced showcase of new voices and big ideas.
