New stays, technology innovation and air service updates in Sonoma County

Madeira House has debuted as a new boutique stay on the Sonoma Coast, offering 11 rooms across three restored houses that blend coastal restraint with warm, residential design and a quiet, unplugged atmosphere. In wine country, Sonoma County Winegrowers and Reservoir have launched Reservoir Farms, Sonoma, the first on-farm robotics and automation hub for vineyards and the flagship of the Farm of the Future initiative. Also, Southwest Airlines will launch service between Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport and Denver in April 2026 and has already expanded the schedule ahead of the inaugural flights.
