New Luxury Estate Opens at Laetitia Vineyard in Arroyo Grande

Opened in May 2026, the newly reimagined Laetitia Estate House is the winery’s first lodging offering. The hilltop luxury rental sleeps up to 14 guests and features five en-suite bedrooms, a game room, infinity pool, gourmet kitchen and 360-degree catwalk overlooking the vineyard and Pacific Ocean. Every stay includes Laetitia wine, with private tastings, winery tours and locally catered dining experiences available upon request. Laetitia also plans to open a second accommodation on the vineyard property in November 2026.
