New AC Hotel by Marriott opens in Folsom

After years of planning and anticipation, the new AC Hotel by Marriott at Palladio will officially open on June 10, 2026, just in time for summer. The 130-room hotel is the first lodging property located directly within Folsom’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, offering visitors a convenient home base for exploring the city.Located at 510 Palladio Parkway, the five-story hotel features contemporary accommodations, a restaurant and bar, outdoor gathering spaces, and approximately 900 square feet of meeting space. The property also includes eight luxury loft-style executive suites designed for extended-stay and corporate travelers. Thoughtfully designed to complement Palladio’s European-inspired architecture, the AC Hotel adds a new level of hospitality to one of Folsom’s most vibrant destinations.
