Milio’s Pizza Brings New York-Style Slice Shop to Downtown Santa Barbara

Milio’s Pizza is opening on August 14th, on State Street in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara. Founded by seasoned hospitality experts Kamil Jumale and Miles Robbins, Milio’s Pizza is an authentic New York-Style slice shop serving simple, classic pizza made with quality ingredients and fresh dough crafted using water imported from New York to achieve the signature taste and texture of the beloved NYC slice. Jumale and Robbins traveled to New York for research and development, trying different pizzas for inspiration. Milio’s Pizza offers a range of classic pies and slices, such as Cheese and Pepperoni, and specialties like the Spicy Vodka Square and The Milio. Taking inspiration from the Santa Barbara Farmers Market, Milio’s specials rotate with the seasons, offering pizzas with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and artisans. Whole round and Sicilian square pies are available to order, along with a variety of soft serve ice cream in seasonal and traditional flavors.
