Merced opens new airport terminal with new nonstop air service to LAX and Las Vegas

Merced is making it easier than ever to experience Yosemite National Park and California's Central Valley. The Merced Yosemite Regional Airport has officially opened its new passenger terminal, marking a major milestone for the region and creating a more welcoming arrival experience for visitors. Contour Airlines now offers nonstop flights from Los Angeles (LAX) and Las Vegas (LAS) to Merced. Through interline partnerships with Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, JetBlue, and United Airlines, travelers from across the U.S. can seamlessly connect into Merced. From the airport, visitors can hop aboard YARTS for direct service to Yosemite National Park while discovering Merced's vibrant downtown, local restaurants, public art, year-round events, and one of just 24 California Cultural Districts designated by the State of California.
