HiMark Hotel debuts in South Lake Tahoe

The former Holiday Inn Express South Lake Tahoe has reopened as HiMark Hotel, a boutique wellness-focused property offering comfortable accommodations, a seasonal pool and hot tub and easy access to Heavenly Village and the lake. The hotel will undergo a multi-million-dollar renovation starting later in 2026, with updates rolling out in phases through 2028, introducing a reimagined lobby, expanded wellness facilities and fully redesigned guest rooms. HiMark will also participate in Playpark’s Stay With Purpose program, supporting local nonprofits and community initiatives.
