À L’ouest French Brasserie opens in North Park

À L’ouest, a new French brasserie by TRUST Restaurant Group, is now open in North Park in San Diego. Chef Brad Wise reimagines classic French dishes with live-fire techniques, offering Parisian-inspired seafood towers, house-made terrines, pâtés and chicken liver mousse. The beverage program blends French flavors with early 20th-century methods, presented through a modern lens. The dining room features arched openings, custom metalworks and banquette seating, while expansive windows connect the space to the neighborhood’s energy.
