Cotoni-Coast Dairies National Monument opens near Santa Cruz County's north coast

Cotoni-Coast Dairies National Monument has opened on California’s coast, offering more than 400 acres of public land near Santa Cruz County’s north coast. The site features three trails spanning nine miles, from beginner-friendly coastal and forest paths to more challenging routes with sweeping ocean views. With grasslands, forested streams and vistas overlooking Monterey Bay, the new monument adds a scenic outdoor destination to the region.
