Visit California Announces New Industry Committee Leadership

Chairs and vice chairs accept two-year terms for the organization’s industry-led committees

SACRAMENTO (Sept. 12, 2019) – Visit California is pleased to welcome 16 new chairs and vice chairs appointed to the organization’s eight industry-led committees, who will serve a two-year term beginning July 1.

Visit California’s committees play a vital role in the organization’s efforts to promote travel to the state of California, providing guidance on the $131 million global marketing program that supports the state’s $140.6 billion tourism industry. Each committee is comprised of highly specialized groups of industry leaders whose expertise and dedication shape specific areas of Visit California’s marketing program.
