The annual Wanderlust Festival, which began at Squaw Valley|Alpine Meadows, is the largest yoga, health and wellness festival in the world. Here, you can enjoy unique yoga experiences, live music, outdoor adventure, workshops and healthy fare. Guests can also take yoga classes at the Wanderlust Yoga Room in the Village at Squaw year-round.

For three days, escape to Palm Springs to discover the ideas and practices that will make you, and the world, well. Wellspring connects you with fitness enthusiasts, influencers and innovators, enabling guests to experience yoga like never before. With hands-on treatments and workshops, yoga lovers will leave Palm Springs feeling refreshed and brand new.

Yoga for Wine Lovers:

Boeger Winery hosts a series of Sunday morning yoga sessions in their peaceful and picturesque winery. Fun for all levels from beginner to advanced, Boeger offers an all-levels Hatha Yoga class designed to create space and flexibility in the body and mind. The class is $25 per person, and ends with a glass of wine and light seasonal bites.

Located at Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma County, Body Flows offers multi-day yoga retreats complete with wine tasting. The upcoming Harvest Sonoma Wine Country Weekend Retreat features yoga classes that are Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with breath sounds, and moving the body through both power and restorative poses. As part of the experience, guests get to enjoy two evenings of wine tasting by local Sonoma wineries.

Yoga with A Water View:

Sea Dog Yoga offers a fun way to experience a class by combining yoga with stand-up paddle boarding. The goal is to immerse participants in the surrounding natural marine environment and to foster a deeper sense of self through yoga asana. Instruction in stand-up paddle boarding is provided.

The all-level 60-minute gentle yoga and deep stretching class is led by a certified instructor in an adorable setting. Following the class is a 30-minute cat cuddle session, where participants can play and cuddle any remaining worries away.

Rise and shine to yoga nearly 1,000 feet above Los Angeles with stunning city views. Visitors can experience Sunrise Yoga at OUE Sky Space in downtown Los Angeles. This is California’s tallest open-air observation deck and the premiere destination for panoramic, 360-degree views of Los Angeles. The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Rancho Mirage is offering a sensory outdoor detox at sunset with its new Serenity Under the Stars yoga class. Coinciding with the fading sunlight so guests can experience the beaming sunset colors over the Santa Rosa Mountain Ranges and surrounding gorgeous landscapes, the class offers complimentary yoga mats and bottled waters on the beautiful Vista Lawn for guest every Saturday evening when weather permits. Experienced instructors guide the class while guests watch the night sky flourish into a canvas of brilliant stars.

Terranea Resort, located along the Southern California coast in Palos Verdes, is a top destination for yogis of all skill levels to say-Namaste to invigorating California fitness. In addition to daily complimentary seaside yoga classes for resort-goers to participate in, the resort offers Full Moon Yoga sessions. Yoga-lovers can gather under the stars for these exclusive offerings, taking place monthly at 7 p.m. on the resort’s Ocean Lawn.

Family Friendly Yoga:

Tenaya Lodge offers guests Good Night Yoga where parents and little ones (ages 4 and up) can come in their pajamas for a special evening yoga session. Tenaya’s yoga instructor reads a fun bedtime story and leads the whole family through peaceful movement and relaxing breathing. Milk and cookies are provided too!
