Fresno County Blossom Trail

Blooming fruit trees and wildflowers offer a riot of color and intoxicating fragrances

February 2027

From mid-February to mid-March, take a self-guided tour along the Fresno County Blossom Trail, for an up-close look at blooming fruit trees and wildflowers. Perfect for biking or motoring, the Blossom Trail links many quaint agricultural towns across the Central Valley.

Each town offers its own attractions and special events, including a 10-kilometer run, car show and organized bike rides. Along the route are also farm stores to pick up ultra-fresh provisions for a picnic, as well as wineries, a petting farm, and a miniature railroad. But it’s the miles of orchards sprouting rainbow-hued blooms of almond, plum, peach, apple, nectarine and citrus trees that will dominate Instagram feeds.

A visit to Fresno County to see Blossom Trail is all about enjoying the simple pleasures in life, including the natural beauty of California’s agricultural regions.
