PUBLIC West Hollywood opening

Public West Hollywood, the highly anticipated hotel from Ian Schrager, is set to bring a new vision of contemporary luxury to the Sunset Strip. Designed in collaboration with architect John Pawson, the 137-room property revitalizes the former site of the original Standard hotel and features a 16,000-square-foot rooftop park, creating a new destination for design, hospitality and social experiences. Public West Hollywood joins Schrager’s West Hollywood Edition, farther west on the Strip, and is accepting reservations for stays beginning Oct. 30, making it the city’s newest hotel heading into 2027.
